The Cable Center’s Robert L. Johnson Distance Learning Studio is a complete television studio and control room for recording video productions and hosting distance learning programs worldwide.

Since January 2002, special University of Denver (DU) undergraduate classes in political communications have been delivered by a live broadband feed between C-SPAN’s studios in Washington, DC, and our studio in Denver.

Students can interact with high-profile political and press leaders, including former presidents Ford and Clinton, congressmen, senators, and journalists. This program has brought an unparalleled educational experience to DU students, as well as participants from George Mason University, Northwestern University, Pace University, and Purdue University.
