Cox Customer Care Initiative
The Cox Customer Care Initiative was launched by The Cable Center in 2005. This program includes the establishment of the James M. Cox Endowed Chair for Customer Experience Management (CEM) at the University of Denver, held by Dr. Charles Patti.
It also includes the creation of a one-of-a-kind customer experience management MBA concentration at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, that provides students with the fundamentals in evaluating and marketing the customer experience through a four-course series.
