The Cable Center will host its first meeting for the Cable Center Customer Care Committee (C5) on April 21 and 22 in Denver, Colorado. The C5 brings over 20 top-tier industry customer care professionals exclusively together for idea-sharing, industry trending, and future opportunity networking.
This two-day event features information sharing sessions with industry colleagues as well as to feature a special presentation by Drs. Charles Patti and Ron Rizzuto dedicated to Customer Experience Management, an important model to effectively communicate with customers from initial acquisition through customer loyalty and retention.
Key customer care leaders will discuss the best ways to serve customers in their phone, field, virtual, and service center interactions. Focused topics of discussion include E-Care Customer Outreach, Digital Transition Update, WO Accuracy, Tru2way, Agent Feedback and Coaching Portal, Customer Education and Reduced Call Volume Initiative, Tech Ops Dashboard, Work from Home Utilities, and more.
