What is Intrapreneurship Academy (IA)?

The Intrapreneurship Academy is a place for intrapreneurship and innovation education, conferences, and thought leadership, providing a vibrant community for resource and idea sharing.

IA offers courses whose applied learning curricula, expertise, and insights prepare your leaders to deliver measurable impact.

IA strengthens your leaders so they can act as entrepreneurs within your organization - taking risks, adapting to change, leading with confidence, and creating new revenue opportunities.

IA has two current course offerings: Driving Intrapreneurship (formerly Intrapreneurship Academy) and our newest offering, Leading with Agility.

Driving Intrapreneurship

A deep dive into the principles of intrapreneurship and the process of innovation to enable your high performers to drive innovation, change, and success within your organization. Participants gain a practical toolkit so they can repeatedly innovate from within.

Leading With Agility

A highly engaging and interactive course to empower your emerging leaders to thrive in an environment characterized by unplanned change. Participants build their internal and external resources to maximize their personal and professional agility.
