Keshia is currently a member of Comcast’s internal financial leadership program focused on critical high-impact projects across three rotations within the finance organization.

She has been with Comcast for seven years and has worked in various areas of the business including the Twin Cities Region, HQ, and Corporate. Her education includes a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Financial Economics as well as an MBA. Outside of work, Keshia lives in Minnesota and enjoys kayaking on the many lakes, and baking for family and friends.

Stephanie Bullard

Stephanie is a senior HR manager for the State of Georgia with Mediacom. Her current responsibilities include oversight of all human resources functions in the areas of organizational effectiveness, employee relations, training, recruitment, and compensation.

She’s been with the company since December 2020 transitioning from Healthcare HR, management, and retail HR. Stephanie graduated from Valdosta State University with a bachelor’s in business administration with a focus in HR. She hopes to complete her diversity, equity & inclusion certificate and SPHR certification by the end of 2021.

In her free time, you can find her watching her 5-year-old daughter compete in pageants as well as serve as a pageant judge on the weekends. They are also avid Florida State Seminoles and Atlanta Falcons football fans, however she won’t be attending any games in person anytime soon, due to the anxiety both teams cause her and her 5-year-old little fan. She is excited to be working for an amazing company and is grateful for this opportunity with the IA program.

Alexis Commarota is a senior director within software development in Charter Communications. Alexis is an enthusiastic, seasoned leader focused on delivery and being a champion for her teams. Alexis began her career as a developer, progressed into pairing development and implementation/process work with the development tools, then onto project/program management and leadership. Alexis is self-taught, always striving for new experiences and opportunities to continue learning, growing, and being challenged.

Alexis has worked in both large and small, public, and private companies throughout her 24 years in technology, however this is her first encounter with the cable industry. Before the four years at Charter, Alexis worked for Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, DC as a federal consultant running large technology initiatives.

Alexis and her family felt the call of the mountains, leaving the east coast and moving to Colorado, where she began working at Charter. With her four children grown, and the last one heading to college in Europe, Alexis is planning to a travel, spend time with her husband in the mountains, and enjoy time with her photography and painting.

Daryl Evans

Daryl Evans is the director of digital at Crown Media Family Networks, home of three linear networks, Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, and Hallmark Drama; subscription video on demand streaming service, Hallmark Movies Now; and e-book publishing division, Hallmark Publishing. He is based in Studio City and reports to Josie Ventura, Vice President of Digital/New Media.

In his role, Daryl oversees the Hallmark Movie Checklist app and is responsible for leading editorial and programming strategies for the app. He collaborates closely with teams across the company, including advertising sales, brand marketing, programming, design, on-air promotions, and distribution.

Before joining Crown Media, Daryl spent seven years at WCAU NBC 10 News in Philadelphia. While there, Daryl worked as an assignment editor, tracking local and national stories. He later joined the station's creative team, managing special events and the NBC10 Street Team.

Daryl graduated from The University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in communication & rhetoric. He also earned a Master of Arts from Temple University, focused on broadcasting, telecommunications and mass media.

Robin Jackson

Robin is current the senior IT Director over test automation, performance testing, test data management and some QA testing groups at Charter.

In her 17+ years with Time Warner Cable/Charter Communications, Robin’s career journey took her from QA tester to QA manager to Sr manager to director and now Sr director. Robin earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science, and an Associate of Science in accounting.

When not working, Robyn loves to travel with a group of friends that travel together often, especially if that travel includes wine. Robin is active in sports, playing in leagues for volleyball and flag football.

Nathan Leal

Nathan has worked in the cable industry at Cox for over 13 years, holding a variety of roles within the customer care side of the organization including his current position of customer care manager. Responsibilities within this role include supporting over 250 employees with an ongoing objective to identify opportunities that will help to improve the service that Cox provides.

Nathan’s long history of working in customer service, along with his bachelor’s degree in business administration, have all played a part in guiding him to where he is today.

When he isn’t busy working, Nathan enjoys spending the majority of his spare time with his 12-year-old son, which usually involves losing to him at a video game of his choosing.

Nicole Lowry

Nicole has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and banking industries with the last 17 years focused on process improvement and program/project management of business processes and information technology projects and programs.

She is an accomplished driver in attaining corporate strategic initiatives by leading the design and implementation of technology platforms while ensuring organizational adoption.

Efforts within telecommunication customer care and billing/payments processes focused on optimizing the critical customer touch points, products or services that drive loyalty and increased wallet share while enhancing operations and processes that yield higher customer satisfaction. Nicole possesses hands-on knowledge of project management and software development life cycle methodology, business systems analysis, business process modeling, project control tools, processes, and techniques.

Elias Lyons

Elias grew up and went to school in Burlington, Vermont, a charming small town in the upper northeast. After graduating from the University of Vermont, he moved to the D.C. metro area where he started his television and entertainment career at Discovery, Inc.

Elias spent my first three years in research across Discovery Networks International and U.S. networks, then shifted from research to programming strategy and scheduling for American Heroes Channel and Investigation Discovery. In early 2018, he moved cross country to L.A. for a job at Sony Pictures Entertainment before joining his current programming team at Crown Media Family Networks, where he works on content strategy and scheduling across the company’s three linear networks (Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, Hallmark Drama) and non-linear services (SVOD, TVE/VOD, AVOD).

On a personal note, Elias married his lovely wife in March 2021 through a virtual ceremony with family after postponing his in-person wedding in June 2020.

Corey Natko

As the manager of research at Crown Media, Corey is a media research and marketing professional with experience in the radio, TV, ad sales and consumer market research industries.

He is proficient in qualitative and quantitative research, trending and analyzing programming ratings and consumer behavior, as well as creating compelling materials used for ad sales and marketing.

Corey has been in the cable/telecom industry for 12 years.

Victor Reavis

Vic is responsible for the platform operations group within the Enterprise Data Center division. This group is split with half being responsible for the Oracle, Hyper-V, and VMware hypervisors supporting the Charter back office and the cloud platform team offering containerized microservices with virtualized storage and networking offerings.

He has a BS in Finance from App. State in Boone, NC, and an MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute. His background is spread across finance, project management, and IT.

He and his wife Cathy have two daughters, 16 and 18 years old. His forte and passion is turning around faltering projects, groups, or teams. He enjoys bringing order out of chaos and he doesn’t get rattled when things are at their worst.

Derek Showers

As a DE&I Product Manager, Derek owns DE&I learning product and oversees the product lifecycle and roadmap. These responsibilities include understanding the customer segments they serve, the research, planning, building, releasing, refining, and retirement of products, and collaborating across teams to bring personalized, relevant learning that employees need to drive innovation and DE&I across Comcast.

Derek has an undergraduate degree in sports management and a master’s degree in adult education with a concentration in instructional technology, both from North Carolina A&T State University. He started his career in 3PL Logistics before moving into training with LG Electronics (mobile). He came to Comcast for a retail program manager role which was heavily focused on content design, before becoming a DE&I product manager.

Derek is married with two small kids. He loves sports and fitness (former student-athlete).

Praveen Srivastava

Praveen current responsibilities include technology, architecture and roadmap development, and standard bodies and regulatory support for wireless radio access engineering. He holds a bachelors in electronics and telecommunications.

Praveen is a highly experienced wireless RAN professional with more than 25 years of experience, able to leverage a unique combination leading edge, hands-on wireless technology expertise with a proven track record of contributing to industry standards, regulatory affairs, and leading high performing teams to deliver exceptional results.

His technology leadership encompasses subject matter expertise advisory, market research, technology strategy formulation, requirements development and vendor assessments, product development, development testing and deployment approaches covering key technologies, such as macro networks, small cells and IoT both for Indoor and Outdoor networks. He led the first In-building field trial of 3.5 GHz CBRS band and provided technical leadership for both CBRS outdoor/indoor mobile network and residential Wi-Fi/IoT router developments.

Praveen is from the north part of India from a town famous for both the birth and death of Gautam Buddha. Praveen likes to play and watch sports and is part of college team for cricket and field hockey.

Mandy Tasler

As the Director of Billing at WOW!, Mandy manages the teams that are responsible for updating and configuring the billing systems. These five billing systems include ICOMs, USHA, 2 GLDS, and Comporium. They are two years into a project to convert all customers to ICOMs.

Mandy started in cable at 20 years old. She has spent most of her career at WOW, but have also worked for CSG, Adelphia, and Champion. She started on the phones and has worked my way up, spending most of her time on the billing team. Mandy received her MBA in Computer Information Systems in 2011.

Mandy met her husband at work (not very uncommon in the cable industry) and married him 26 days later (a little uncommon). They have been married for 18 years and have a beautiful 7-year-old daughter, Mya. She loves to crochet and cross-stitch when she has free time.
