Ajay Balan

Ajay serves as the technical lead on a Full Stack team responsible for providing the billing, payment and BuyFlow (purchase) activities in the MySpectrum App.

Ajay has over 16 years in the software industry and have worked as a software engineer, software architect and manager. For the last year at Charter, he has been in the role of a Senior Development Manager.

Ajay loves to read, follows the stock markets avidly, and plays tennis recreationally as time permits! Most good weather weekends he and his spouse love to hike the many trails in Colorado with their two dogs!

Michelle Beaupre

Michelle is an established director with 14+ years of experience working at Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies and experience leading product and operations initiatives in Telecommunications and Public Sector industries.

Michelle is currently the Director of Launch Management for Spectrum Mobile. In her current role she is responsible for partnering with business and product leaders and other stakeholders to champion the strategy, design, and execution of launching mobile products and services that delight consumers and meet strategic and financial business objectives.

Michelle supports all aspects of go-to-market development and implementation of Mobile product launches including coordination/collaboration with internal/external communications, marketing, and sales channel teams.

Mark Best

Mark is a Colorado native who has had the privilege of building a wonderful career in Telecommunications, specifically Mobile, over the past 20+ years. After forays with Nextel, Boost, Sprint, Cricket, and AT&T Mark joined Charter in the summer of 2017 to participate in the unique opportunity to launch the Spectrum Mobile line of business.

Since debuting in July 2018, Spectrum Mobile has risen to be named the fastest growing Mobile carrier in the country at the end of Q1 2020. Recently having made the switch from project management to product management, Mark is now focused on helping lead the efforts for enhancing Spectrum Mobile’s SMB and payments options to further improve Spectrum Mobile’s position in the mobile space.

Mark has a BA in Political Science from Northern Colorado (UNC – GO Bears!) and is a certified SAFe Scrum Master. In his time away from work Mark enjoys spending time with friends, playing golf, reading, and being a terrific consumer of a wide range of mass media offerings.

Cecilia Correa

In her current role as a Client Services Supervisor in VOD, Cecilia is responsible for managing day-to-day workflow on content ingestion and dependent processes for 150 providers and 210 Multimedia Video Platform Distributors.

Cecilia joined the Comcast family after being a contractor at Telemundo for three years assisting with master control and marketing events. She started at Comcast in 2013 as a contractor in VOD supporting NBCU Olympics and then was offered a full-time position four months later as a Tech 2. In 2015, she got promoted to a Specialist 2. She was hired onto the role in 2017 in her current role.

Cecilia is very passionate about helping people. Based on the experiences that she has been through she loves talking to people and finding ways to help people get through the loss of a child. In the future, Cecilia would like to volunteer in a program that supports grieving parents at a hospital. She has always had an interest in photography and enjoys capturing those "little" moments in life. In the meantime, she enjoys being a mom to a newborn baby girl named Kaylee.

Kevin R. Foran

Kevin has been with Comcast for 19 years, the last two in his current position. In his current role he leads Video Operations for CTS, Ad Solutions, a digital delivery distribution platform for advertisers, agencies, brands, EffecTV and NBC Universal.

Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Kevin moved to Denver in 2001. Kevin and his wife, Jennifer, have two sons, Conor and Jack. His interests include music, soccer, hot & spicy foods, and craft beer.

Andreia Hameed

Approaching her 16-year anniversary with Cox Communications, her areas of expertise include taking ownership of process improvements to meet and exceed customer expectations. In her current position as Customer Care Manager, she is responsible for leading teams to advocate for the customer to ensure service levels are met and the development of action plans are in place to drive performance excellence and to improve call efficiency practices.

Andreia has been a member of WICT Richmond VA for seven years. She also serves as a volunteer for local community activist groups on the enrichment and development of high school students. Andreia serves in local events in her community which include interactive activities for high school students teaching inclusiveness and racial equality for all.

Andreia resides in Virginia Beach, VA with her husband of 10 years and 3 children. Andreia is a Southern California native from San Diego who enjoys spending time at the beach and dabbling in DIY home improvement projects.

James Haq-Myles

In his current role, James supports LG’s talent discovery agenda in identifying high potential talent, creating career pathways and mobility across Liberty Global. In his previous role, he was Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing at Travelex and has made the jump into the talent arena to bridge the gap between the worlds of talent and DE&I. He has also worked at EY as a human capital consultant, as a People Partner at Barclays.

James is passionate about equality and has spent time supporting LGBTQIA+ human rights groups as well as consulting on the workplace equality strategies for companies such as Ebay, PayPal and Amazon. He enjoys a cocktail (or three), travel and anything philosophy or behavioural economics related.

Dave is an experienced HR business partner, having worked across numerous sectors over the last 20 years…from retail, financial services, energy and now telecommunications.

Dave joined Virgin Media in 2010, where he supported the customer operations leadership team. He then moved on to support the local IT and project management function, prior moving to Liberty Global, as part of a wider operating model review.

He has two daughters, a partner and two dogs…all of which keep him busy and entertained when not working.

Neill Kipp is Senior Director and Lead Software Architect for Comcast Technology Solutions. He has 30 years’ experience in software design, development, and delivery.

Kipp's “Super8” IP video packager serves IP on-demand, linear, and cloud digital video recordings for tens of millions of Xfinity customers and his OneCloud portal design helps thousands of engineers manage their Comcast cloud presence.

No stranger to the podium, Kipp has presented at dozens of technical conferences including ApacheCon, ACM, SCTE Expo, and WICT Tech-it-Out. Prior to joining Comcast, he taught seven graduate-level courses at University of Colorado Denver, including web systems architectures, ubiquitous computing, and user experience design.

Anastasia Levy

Ana has been with Charter for past three year, and is currently a manager on a Quality team.

She has an MS in Software Engineering and BA in Experimental Psychology.

She lives in Denver and has a daughter in 5th grade. If she has free time, she does Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Kathy Lawn

Kathy is the Program Director for large scale network programs and products at Comcast in Philadelphia. In her current role at Comcast, she owns all facets of nationwide implementation of Fiber (EPON) network, managing think tank engineers, customer focus teams, and division feedback to execute delivery.

Prior to her role at Comcast, she spent nine years at Motorola with a focus on developing digital footprint in Asia and Europe, built relationships with global government agencies to receive approval across Asia to sell set-top boxes to all cable providers.

Kathy graduated with an undergrad and an MBA with a focus on International Business. On a personal note, she was involved with Big Brothers and Big Sister and having a “little” from Center City, Philadelphia to guide and mentor. Also, she is a board director to Peace To The Planets.

Jacquelyn McDonald

Jacquelyn started her career at Oildex, a software company that develops accounting products for the oil and gas industry. After advancing to a Project Manager role and earning her PMP, she joined Charter Communications in 2015.

As a contractor she served as a Service Delivery Manager, Scrum Master (CSM), and ultimately Team Lead before becoming an employee in 2016. She has spent her time as a Senior Manager leading development teams, delivery teams, and most recently the Digital Strategy & Operations team.

Her passions include travel, yoga, cooking, and most importantly her husband, son (3) and daughter (18 months).

Badeeh McDuffie

Badeeh is a Business Planning Manager with Charter Communications, based in Austin Texas. He is a cable professional with 13 years of experience. He started his career with Time Warner Cable in 2008 as a financial analyst and progressed to his current role with Charter.

He is a proud University of Maryland alumnus, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA with a concentration on Information Systems and Business Analytics both from the University of Maryland.

Badeeh is married and has one dog who keeps both his wife and he busy and active. He loves to travel and has been to every continent except Australia (not including Antarctica). He hopes that I can cross that off the list once we are past the COVID pandemic.

Kelley Peters

Kelley is primarily responsible for providing business insights across multiple functional areas within Care to support and drive operational excellence. Kelley is currently redesigning an existing operational review program into one that is more narrowly focused on critical business objectives and delivering key insights and best practices that support Cox’s evolving business needs.

Kelley began her career with Cox in 1999 as a residential Inside Sales Representative before being promoted to Sales Supervisor in 2001. Throughout her tenure, Kelley has held numerous leadership roles in Customer Care, supporting Quality, Customer Relations, E-Care, Process Design & Improvement, and Internal Communications.

Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Johnson & Wales University. She is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Bryant University. A native of Rhode Island, Kelley enjoys spending time with family & friends and when she is not working, she loves to read, paint, & travel.

James Toburen

Tiffany Watson

Before settling in communications, Tiffany had roles in Marketing and Media. She held several communications roles at Barclays and Barclaycard, including heading up Internal Communications for Europe & South Africa, Head of Strategy, Channels & Content and Chief of Staff. She started with Liberty Global as Head of Internal Communications at Virgin Media, then Director of Internal Communications, before joining Liberty Global, where she is currently Director of Internal Communications for People and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Tonia Wilson

In this position, Tonia supports four unique business lines through marketing strategies and programs focused on customer purchase and retention.

Prior to joining the Comcast family, Tonia held various roles in marketing, brand, and operations at other Denver-area technology companies – Arrow Electronics and Western Union. She is a graduate of DU’s MBA program and holds an undergraduate degree from Babson College. In addition, Tonia is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP).

In her free time, Tonia enjoys both indoor and outdoor gardening, sewing with her grandmother’s old McCall’s mail order patterns, hiking, camping, and, her new pandemic hobby, tackling jigsaw puzzles. Tonia lives in Denver with her husband of 15 years and her 16-year-old “son,” Pat the Cat.
