Delicia Balgaard

Delicia is currently responsible for delivery and account management for a telecommunications client.

She has over 20 years of professional services experience, mostly in consulting. She has served clients in a variety of industries including the federal government, financial services, manufacturing, and telecommunications.

Delicia is originally from the Washington DC metro area. She received he undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University. She loves to travel abroad and spend time with her family.

Corey Bowman

Corey oversees all operations for the area with 155 employees, covering the Cedar Rapids/Waterloo Iowa Markets. He has been with Mediacom for 15 years, starting as a door-to-door sales rep in Springfield, MO.

After a short time as a sales rep, Corey was promoted to Sales Supervisor then regional sales manager. In 2013, he was promoted to director, marketing and sales and moved to the Cedar Rapids, IA office. In 2015, Mediacom realigned the regions and Corey took over the Cedar Rapids area as area director.

He has been married 18 years and they have a 11-year-old son. Most of his free time is spent with his son and all his sporting activities. Corey also coaches his youth baseball team. He loves to play golf when he can.

Stephanie Brown

Stephanie Brown is a Certified Public Accountant with 17 years of progressive experience in forecasting, budgeting, and driving financial results. In her current position as vice president of finance and accounting for the Comcast Houston region, Stephanie is responsible for providing executive level guidance for capital management, financial planning and reporting as well as overseeing business assurance execution, the project management office and leading the business operations functions of supply chain logistics, fleet and facilities.

Since joining Comcast in 2006, Stephanie has held multiple positions in the finance department including leading teams in accounting, compensation, cash management, and field collections.

In addition to her duties in finance, Stephanie currently serves as the Executive Champion for the Young Professionals Network Employee Resource Group (ERG) for the Comcast Houston Region. Stephanie has also served as the Treasurer for Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Southeast and as the Lead for the Comcast Big South Region Women’s Network ERG. Additionally, Stephanie is a graduate of the Comcast Executive Leadership Career Advancement Program and the Comcast Central Division Finance Leadership Experience.

Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy from LaGrange College and her Master of Business Administration from Shorter University. Stephanie and her husband, Mike, reside in Cypress, TX with their two fur babies, Snoopy and Marley.

Joanie Brooks

With more than 35 years in the telecommunications industry, Joanie Brooks has established herself as a highly sought-after management and marketing expert. Currently working with a national MSO, Joanie provides strategic marketing development guidance, design and deployment, and process enhancements to deliver on varying growth initiatives.

As an accomplished customer and product growth leader, Joanie held multiple leadership positions starting with Jones Intercable and spending the last 20 years at Comcast, both at the Corporate and Division levels. Her journey has taken her from Los Angeles to Chicago to Denver and has encompassed roles overseeing customer growth and management, customer experience and product growth. Her success in building high-performing teams can be seen by the many who have moved onward and upward in their careers. She would say her greatest success, and joy, is seeing the many now director’s and VP’s who have previously been members of her teams.

Originally from Southern California, Joanie has lived in Colorado 25 years with her husband, raising two now-adult children and their four-legged kids. Outside of diving into her new professional adventure, Joanie can be found spending much of her time enjoying every extra minute connecting with family and friends.

Max Campolo

Max is the senior product manager for digital audio streaming platforms at Audacy.

Before working in product management he was a software engineer. The majority of his career is in the media industry where his main focus has been on audio and video streaming.

When I'm not thinking about software, Max is usually playing music or getting outside to bike or ski.

Ashley Canci

As talent management director for Comcast in the Beltway Region, Ashley Canci is responsible for aligning performance and skills to future business needs and closing identified gaps. She leads the region’s annual talent review process, succession planning, professional development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

She is a member of Comcast’s DE&I Council and reviously served as the co-lead for the Young Professional Network ERG.

Ashley began her career at Comcast almost 7 years ago in Talent Acquisition, recruiting for Technical Operations, Engineering, and Customer Care. Prior to Comcast, she worked for a staffing agency where Comcast was her primary client.

Ashley currently resides in Baltimore City but is from Philadelphia. She lives with her boyfriend and 2 furry children (dogs), Roddy and Ava. She loves traveling, exploring new restaurants, Peloton, and reading psychological thrillers.

Zach Cuttrell

Zach currently negotiates broadband specific agreements and oversees the relationships with the corresponding vendors of those agreements, on behalf of the 700+ NCTC member organizations.

His previous role was at an NCTC member organization, Citizens Fiber. Zach was a sixth-generation operator for the organization which has its roots as an independent telco founded in 1906 in western PA. He spent his summers in high school splicing fiber and designing rural broadband networks, and his last role at the organization was operations and new market development manager.

Zach has his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University in NJ, where he met his wife at freshman orientation, and an MBA from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. He and his wife currently reside in Overland Park, KS with their 7-month-old daughter and a 3-year-old Goldendoodle named Kessel.

Aditi Garg

In her role as a Business Intelligence and Analytics Engineer, Aditi is an ETL Integration and Tableau CRM Analytics Lead, having the complete ownership of end-to-end delivery from gathering requirements, designing, development, testing, and deploying the code/dashboard.

She has 10+ years’ experience as business intelligence lead. Aditi has worked on several projects related to data warehousing, data integration, and data management, and had hands-on experience in data analytics when she joined Comcast.

She is a mother of an 8-month-old baby boy. Before COVID, she regularly did Crossfit, Pilates and hiking.

Kristin Gulasy

Kristin Gulasy is vice president of strategic process and programs for Charter’s Network Operations group. She is responsible for developing strategic plans and objectives in alignment with corporate strategy and ensuring process and program consistency and alignment across verticals for large scale initiatives. Prior to her current position, Kristin held leadership positions at Charter including vice president of new products and services, vice president of operations engineering, and vice president of IP video operations.

Prior to joining Charter, Kristin held several leadership positions at Cablevision Systems Corp where she was responsible for the deployment and operation of video systems and platforms including Downloadable Conditional Access Systems, Cloud DVR, Set Top Command and Control Systems, Set Top Box User Interfaces, VOD and IP video platforms.

Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University, and has completed Executive Leadership programs at Harvard Business School, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and Dartmouth Tuck School of Business.

Kristin was awarded the CED Pacesetter Award for Digital Video and was recognized by Multi Channel News as a “Women in Tech Up and Comer.” Kristin was also part of the deployment team at Cablevision awarded a Technical Emmy for the Implementation/Deployment of Network DVR. She is an active member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) and Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT).

Evan Gooden

Evan presently works for the National Television Cable Co-Op (aka NCTC) as a Director of Strategic Procurement and has been with the company for roughly 1.5 years. The NCTC is a co-op made of 700+ regional cable operators which aims to optimize programming and material spend for each our members. In this role, he oversees the strategic relationships and contract negotiations with several of key suppliers.

In addition, he gathers, analyzes, and executes large scale RFP packages aimed at identifying the fair market value for materials/products our membership routinely purchases.

After graduating from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Supply-Chain Management, he moved to from Tempe, AZ to Columbus, OH and started his career in purchasing. He’s been in the purchasing/supply-chain field for 22+ years having worked for companies covering everything from fertilizers to aerospace.

In 2005, he and his wife moved from OH to Denver, CO where they currently reside. Since being in the Colorado area, he completed my MBA from Colorado State University (class of 2010).

He has three children who all play some sort of sport which keeps his weekends pretty busy. His hobbies include coaching a competitive 16U and local high school JV softball teams. He also likes to do a lot of skiing during the season where he attempts to get 12-15 days in per year. He is avid college sports fan who roots for ASU no matter the sport (GO DEVILS!). He enjoys day walks, lawn work, and hanging out with neighbors in their cul-de-sac.

David Hoyt

As vice president of client and student support for NCTI, David provides leadership for the customer care team while providing strategic support for the sales group. David began his career in sales and marketing and eventually the trajectory of his career took a direction toward client services and account management.

Over his 10+ year career with Jones/NCTI and NCTI, David started as senior manager of customer care and fulfillment and was promoted to senior director of business operations and customer care, and finally to his current role as vice president. David enjoys creating memorable moments with his two daughters, wife, and new English cream retriever, Ivy.

Elizabeth Jones

Elizabeth currently serves as the project management office director for Audacy Digital teams. She holds 25 years of experience in Product, Project, and Operations Management.

She completed a BA in art history & archaeology, Japanese language, and a Certificate in East Asian Studies. After graduation I attended a fellowship on Edo Period woodblock prints, followed by a Master of International Management with a focus on Enterprise Management.

Elizabeth’s hobbies include spending a lot of time on two wheels (dirt bikes, mountain bikes, and motorcycle touring). She has a 25-year-old daughter who lives in Seattle. Elizabeth is a recent transplant to Denver from the East Coast. I’m embracing the outdoors and all that it entails and really enjoy her new home.

Jill May

Recently celebrating her 21-year anniversary with Comcast, Jill’s areas of expertise include broadcast origination, transmission, cable headend conditional access platforms, and content distribution. She has held positions in marketing, operations, and account management. In her current position as manager, product development at Comcast Technology Solutions, she is responsible for CTS’s Managed Distribution Suite of products, including Managed Satellite and Terrestrial Distribution and Conditional Access platforms (aka HITS).

Originally from Michigan, she has lived in Colorado for almost 40 years, and is a graduate from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in business and marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, gardening, cooking, yoga, and most recently stand-up paddle boarding.

Regina Rider

As senior manager with RevGen Partners, Regina is responsible for cultivating relationships with existing and new clients, account management, business development, talent development and delivery quality. Regina is a consulting veteran of 25 years; Arthur Andresen to Hitachi to RevGen. Her focus has been telecommunications, financial services, and manufacturing.

Regina went to high school and college in Michigan and landed in Colorado right after college. She is a mother of two boys (9,11), and is an avid white-water rafter and skier. She spends most of her weeks on the sidelines watching her kids play soccer or lacrosse.

Ian has spent the large majority of his 25 year career in the Telecom industry managing teams and launching new strategic initiatives for the top corporations in the space.

From being one of the early folks working on VoIP launches to more recently working on OTT solutions for content/cable providers, he has often been at the forefront of innovation for his internal and external stakeholders.

Ian has split his time between both industry and consulting services specializing in the utilization of technology to advance business interests.

Kanchan Ugale

Kanchan is a senior IT professional with over 12 years of well-rounded experience in cable and telecommunications industry. Her primary focus for last seven years has been with leading and managing DevOps and test teams, Agile transformation, SAFe software delivery and change management.

She has been with Charter Communications since 2017. In her role as principal engineer II she leads cross functional teams to create and drive change impacting processes and customer experience. Kanchan holds a bachelor’s in computer science and an MBA in business administration.

Becky Woods

Becky Woods is a brand warrior, copy cruncher, ambassador of buzz, and everything in between. As the marketing manager for NCTI, the Industry’s leading training provider, she manages all marketing, advertising, copywriting, public relations, and events. Becky is also the current director of mentoring for WICT Rocky Mountain.

Prior to her career in marketing, Becky was an event planner and traveled extensively executing large-scale events for companies such as Charles Schwab, Autodesk, and Salesforce.com. The financial crisis of 2007/2008, the subsequent crash of the travel industry, and a kid about to enter college forced Becky to leave the travel industry and start a new job as an executive assistant at Jones International (Jones/NCTI). After about a year, Becky was promoted to marketing manager and has held this position for over 11 years.

Becky is married, has two stepkids, and a crazy “shepherd something” named Frankie. She enjoys kayaking, hiking, cooking, hanging with her family, and cruising around in Grover, her Jeep. She’s a die-hard fan of Lionel Richie, Yacht Rock, the Broncos, and all dogs. She also volunteers with the Littleton Police and South Metro Fire Rescue.

Tracy Baumgartner serves as the Vice President of Business Process Effectiveness for Comcast Cable. With more than 25 years of experience in cable operations, communications, and corporate social responsibility, she brings a 360-degree perspective to her role building the organization’s environmental sustainability program to achieve the company’s goal of being Carbon Neutral by 2035.

Prior to this role, Tracy served as the Executive Director of Sustainability for Comcast NBCUniversal, where she was responsible for the strategic development and deployment of environmentally responsible operational initiatives and programs across Comcast NBCUniversal.

Tracy received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Marketing and International Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder. A Colorado native, she is married to senior editor Jeff Baumgartner of Light Reading. They enjoy sports, theater, and a wide range of homework activities with their two sons, Jack and Benjamin.

In the role the HR Director – Talent Jim has been with Comcast for more than four years holding a variety of finance-related roles, now working as Director of Strategic Planning. Jim has been a finance professional since 2010.

Jim received a both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Business of Administration from La Salle University. While in college, Jim played soccer on a Division 1 team.

Annie Coghill

As a senior communications strategist at Primavera Group, Annie leads marketing communications engagements that combine research, strategy, and engaging ideas to align with and maximize clients’ business goals.

She started her career in the radio broadcast industry where she spent five years as a news reporter and on-air personality, then another five in marketing, and promotions for a cluster of stations. She seized an opportunity to build and lead the PR practice at an advertising and PR agency where she spent 11 years, progressing to Principal. For the past five years she’s been engaged with Primavera Group, a boutique strategic marketing firm, collaborating with a team of highly skilled senior communicators for clients in high-tech industries.

Annie is mom to one teenager and three Labrador Retrievers; a Francophile, tennis afficionado, and Kansas Jayhawk. She’s currently taking on a fun, new role - manager and publicist for my singer-songwriter husband (harmonies and backing vocals from our daughter).

Theressa Dulaney

Theressa Dulaney is the Vice President of Internal Communications for Comcast’s West Division. She leads a gifted team of internal communicators whose responsibility is to help employees understand business strategy, align vision, and stay informed.

She’s been with Comcast for nearly 17 years, starting in the Oregon SW Washington Region. When she left the Oregon region in 2015, her final role was the VP of External Affairs, where she worked in public relations, community investment and internal communications. Before working at Comcast, she held roles at an advertising agency and worked in public relations at the Portland Trail Blazers.

She’s a graduate of the University of Oregon, and outside of a pandemic, still has season tickets for the Ducks home football games. She lives in Denver with her husband Joe and six-year-old daughter, Kara.

Lynn Green

Lynn leads the Marketing Communication team at Comcast Technology Solutions where she leads PR and content.

Lynn is a seasoned marketing professional with more than 10 years’ experience. She is a strong marketing generalist, with expertise in brand management, content strategy and creation, public relations and demand generation.

Lynn is an excellent communicator, has a flexible attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once and shifting priorities. Lynn received a Bachelor of Sociology from the University of Los Angeles and an MBA from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.

Hannah Hardi

With a versatile marketing background working at a digital marketing agency and as an independent marketing consultant, Hannah joined The Cable Center team in 2018 as manager of marketing communications.

She quickly found her niche in the content and connectivity industry, expanding her skillset and earning her stripes in public relations, strategic partnerships, and marketing operations management. Today, she leads the marketing department and oversees the marketing strategy, operations, and external communications for all The Cable Center’s brands and programs.

She enjoys staying active and outdoors during all seasons, getting creative in the kitchen, working on home projects with her firefighter husband, and hanging out with (and taking lots of photos of) their pittie/lab mixed pup, Remy.

William Higgins

Bill is a technically focused engineering leader for R&D teams in both Software Engineering as well as network engineering disciplines. He has more than 15 years of experience in leading engineers, architects, technical managers and programs in the areas of commercial managed services, Network Function Virtualization (NFV), public and private cloud integration, service orchestration, device activation, server migration, disaster recovery, business continuity, and DOCSIS/DPOE device provisioning software/systems, as well as over 10 years of experience as a Software Engineer designing, developing, and testing client-server based networked systems using C++, C, and Pascal.

Bill is a Colonel (Retired) U.S. Army Reserves with 30 years as an officer and three years as an appointed Battalion Level Commander of a Military Intelligence unit. He held a Top Secret security clearance for 20 plus years.

Bill received a Computer Science and Mathematics degree from Florida State University.

Christina Kim

Christina is Head of AVOD Licensing and TVOD, YouTube & Google TV. She is responsible for business development and partnerships for Google’s transactional movies and TV stores (on Google TV and YouTube) as well as film & TV licensing deals for YouTube.

Before joining Google in January 2014, Christina worked on international SVOD content acquisition for Amazon. Before that, led content acquisition and strategy for PlayStation's video service.

Christina is a UC Berkeley graduate, and began her career as an investment banker, then spent three years in corporate development at Sony Pictures.

Laura Lozes joined Ole Distribution in April 2020 as a Digital Strategy and Innovation VP. She is responsible for the strategy cross platform definition for non-linear products as Video On Demand. Laura manages the funnel between 12 content providers including technology, process, strategy and window rights. A&E, Lifetime, History, History 2, Sony, AXN, E!, Universal TV, Studio Universal, SyFy, Warner. She is involved in all new business opportunities and product roadmap.

Before Ole Distribution she worked three years for A+E Networks Latam as Senior Director of Non Linear Product. Previously, she worked 20 years at Cablevision Argentina, a triple play outlet controlled by Grupo Clarín, the leading multimedia group in Latam and owner of the main newspaper in the country, TV broadcasting, radio and multimedia content production. Her last position was Product and Innovation Manager and she participated in the design and launch of “Flow", Cablevision’s new interactive (broadcast and VOD) platform.

She is married, lives in Argentina, and is a Business Administrator with a Master of Business Administration from IAE Business School. She loves pottery and she became a ceramist in the last five years, and enjoys reading, cooking new recipes as well as traveling all around the world.

Frank Maydak

Frank is the General Manager of Clearwave Communications and lead of team of 120 associates responsible for building and maintaining a 100% underground fiber network that services and supports Southern Illinois. As a General Manager Frank views his role as a conductor of a symphony orchestra. It is his responsibility to take all the talent and ensure that their interpretation of the score blends with everyone else in order to create one beautiful masterpiece.

He started his career producing and staging annual sales and marketing meetings for companies such as Coca-Cola, Harley-Davidson, and Miller Brewing Company and, eventually landed in telecom. Over the past 25 years he has journeyed through just about every aspect of telecommunications from CPE hardware sales, project management, operations, structured cabling to CLEC and ILEC sales and operations.

Although his entry into the various disciplines of telecommunications may always seem to start in sales, he always finds his way back to operations. Originally from Wisconsin, he received a BA from Duquesne University in PA on a full scholarship. He has moved several times for his career and look at those opportunities as a chance to reinvent himself. His career at Clearwave started at the beginning of Covid. He moved to a new area of the country, a new company, and an organization that was recently acquired by CableOne. He did not get to meet many of his associates face to face until just a couple months ago.

Additionally, after a long year, his wife recently moved to Southern Illinois as her position allows her to now work from home. They love dogs and have two rescues, Ike and Vino.

Laurie Nicholson is employed at Cable ONE/Sparklight as Division Director of Operations for the West Division. Laurie has been with Cable ONE/Sparklight since April 2010. She started as their Division Marketing Manager and was promoted to Division Marketing Director in May 2012. In April 2016, Laurie was promoted to Division Director of Operations.

In her capacity, she manages the operating budgets for 15 entities across six states; monitors system activity as it relates to Capital expenditures, customer growth, churn & overall revenues & expenses. Throughout her time, Laurie has proven to be very hard-working and has a positive forward-looking disposition with an attention to detail. She has continually learned and added to her talents and has been an asset for the Division. Laurie’s cable career goes back nearly 30 years working in the cable industry. Laurie started her career in California working in the business/operations part of the Cable Industry; transitioned to Marketing with the launch of Addressable/Digital world. Laurie has experience working with Comcast, Mediacom, Cable Maxx, Galaxy Cable, and Charter Communications at the system and regional level.

Laurie is married, has two children, & four beautiful grandchildren. She has been a member of WICT since 2010. Attended John M. Olin School of Business-Management & Leadership Enhancement Program, Six-Sigma-Greenbelt Certificate. Attended Creating Leaders in 2014 and Center for Creative Leadership Program in 2016. Laurie enjoys hiking as well as visiting the beaches off the coast of CA.

As Executive Director, Michele oversees the day-to-day management of the Foundation, which is a leading advocate for diversity and inclusion in the media and entertainment industries. She also manages the fundraising and distribution of Foundation funds in support of organizations and programs which champion industry-wide diversity initiatives.

Michele has worked with the Walter Kaitz Foundation since 2006, previously serving as the Deputy Executive Director where she had oversight of developing and implementing the Foundation’s strategic direction, initiatives and programmatic activities. She also worked collaboratively with other national organizations that advocate for the social and economic interests of women and ethnic minorities.

Melissa Romero

Melissa is responsible for pricing analysis and strategy for Comcast Technology Solutions. In addition to ensuring that they are priced to hit their long-term financial targets, her team also reviews previous pricing models to ensure they are still applicable, and all costs are accounted for. She is also responsible for putting together the commission plans for all sales teams.

Melissa has been in telecommunications for 15+ years. She began her career as an auditor, led a team within that auditing firm and decided to move her career to Comcast. She’s always been in finance but has been so privileged to work with many different partners (sales, tech, engineering, product) throughout her career.

Melissa has a 16-year-old daughter that just started driving! They have a few cats, love all sports (primarily tennis) and love to read nonfiction history books.

She studied Administration and International Busines. She likes to do exercise, dance ballet, read, and spend time with friends and family.

Chris Weeks serves as the Vice President, Field Operations for the Mountain West Region. He is responsible for Tech Ops and CommOps across Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah.

Chris, an accomplished operations and customer experience leader, brings more than 26 years of industry experience at Comcast to his new role. Chris joined TCI Cable as an installer and held leadership positions supporting the field, network operations and customer service strategy. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Business Partner Operations. Chris was responsible for our consumer business partner relationships and execution across the West Division managing more than 7,400 employees across various states and countries for technical operations, care operations and construction.

Chris and his wife Angie have three daughters, Kylee, Madison, and Payton. A lover of all things outdoors, Chris enjoys fitness, fly-fishing and golf.

Joanne joined the cable industry in 2004 and spent five years with Time Warner Cable as Director, Human Resources for the Corporate Executive office in Stamford, CT. She held HR positions with Cadbury Schweppes, Penton Media and Coca-Cola USA and began her career in telecommunications with MCI Communications.

Joanne received a Bachelor’s of Science in Management from Binghamton University and a Master’s of Science in Education from Pace University. She holds her Senior Professional Human Resources and SHRM-SCP certifications and is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications. Joanne lives in CT with her husband and two boys and enjoys kayaking and biking.

Most of his professional career has been in the L&D space and he is now responsible for developing learning content and events to drive revenues and performance.

Bill is a father of three girls, a gym rat, and a musician (guitar). He likes to hike as well, and does so during the spring and summer months.

David Eng

David currently leads the FACTS (Fraud Analytic Center for Technical Solutions) team at Comcast. They conduct post-incident behavioral analysis for the business purpose of detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

He is a Distinguished Engineer, a highly regarded industry technologist, historian, and mentor. In particular, his leadership spans engineering, operations, design, global project management, construction, training, and technical support of video, broadband and telecommunications technologies. David has three-plus decades of service including several vital industry developments, including fiber optic systems, digital set-top boxes and corresponding headend gear, MPEG encoding, Video on Demand, advanced modulation and fraud detection.

David relocated to Colorado in 1990 to build the original headquarters of Cable Television Laboratories (CableLabs), in Boulder. He currently holds three patents, and his son Adam, who also works for Comcast, holds four. When not engineering, fixing things nobody else can fix, or mentoring, he serves as the Children’s Supervisor for the Bible Study Fellowship class at Calvary Bible Church in Boulder.

Melissa Garner

In Melissa’s current role, she leads the Talent Acquisition Team, Leadership Learning and Development, Performance Management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

She has been in the industry for 21 years. Her career started at US West (Qwest then CenturyLink) where she was a Supervisor in the Repair Call Handing Center then the Screening Center. She received a great opportunity to move into Human Resources as a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) where she worked on employee relation issues, hiring, new hire orientation, team building, performance reviews, succession planning, talent development and leadership development. In 2011, she was offered an opportunity to move to Phoenix, AZ as a Regional Human Resource Manager. Her next opportunity was in Talent Management where she partnered on the development and deployment of the leadership program “Leadership Experience”, built an onboarding program for all new HRBP’s, partnered on building a Talent Management Playbook and building out the 9 Box talent reviews within the HRIS system. She then became the HR Director position for the Federal Organization. After 19 years she moved to Cable One.

She has a master’s degree in HR. She currently lives in Phoenix, AZ but she is from Salt Lake City, UT. She has one daughter that lives in Phoenix. She likes to give back and do volunteer work for the homeless, foster children and animal rescues. She loves the outdoors, she runs, bikes, hikes, and camps (really anything outside). Her motto is “Why Not”.

He has been in the Learning and Design field for 21 years and has progressively grown into larger roles starting as an Instructional Designer and then moving into progressive leadership roles as a Manager, Sr. Manager, and now Director.

Eric has been married 29 years to the love of his life, Dawn, and they have one daughter, Alexis who is getting married in May and will be a Dr. of Physical Therapy in December. His hobbies include coin collecting and spending as much time with his wife as he can during their empty nest years.

Her current position combines knowledge from all her previous experience with the best job all, leadership.

Mark is currently the Senior Manager of Digital Content and Marketing for AXS TV and HDNET MOVIES. He has been with AXS TV since it was HDNET, which is bordering on nearly 11 years. He started as a production assistant for their flagship series Inside MMA and began his career in digital marketing by posting unused footage to a little upstart called Facebook. From there he came to learn the finer points of social media and became manager of the department in 2015. In 2020 his department shifted focus from marketing to driving revenue through content and digital platforms.

If he had his way, he'd be on the golf course every day, “Mind you I'm awful for how much I like to play, but I am very good at enjoying myself either way.”

Prior to joining Liberty Global, Kristin was the Leader of Talent Management and Development at SM Energy, an independent oil and gas exploration company. She also has led the employee engagement, compensation, talent analytics and payroll and benefits functions.

In 2001, she moved over to the training department focused primarily on customer care and sales operations. Jennifer spent much of her career working in her home town in Central Illinois. About six years ago she and her husband made the decision to move their family of 5 to Iowa. In spite of the weather, they absolutely love living in Iowa where they enjoy golf, home improvement projects and spending time with family and friends.
