Kalyan Boinapalli

Kalyan’s main goal is to partner closely with various business units and help dreams come true with IT solutions. His current responsibilities include assisting in overall IT strategy and overseeing the Data Engineering and Architecture teams.

Kalyan has been in the industry since 2003, and 13 years with Midco. He started his career as a database administrator and progressed through various IT management positions. Back in October 2020 he moved to the Vice President of Enterprise Architecture role.

Kalyan has been married for 13 years with two daughters, ages 8 & 5. Hobbies include bicycle riding in summer, reading books and sleeping (which he claims to get less and less of these days).

Ann Boldt

In the role the HR Director – Talent Development for Hallmark Cards, Inc., Ann has the opportunity to think about talent from a holistic perspective including strategies on everything from talent & performance management to continuous learning and development for the enterprise.

While she has been in HR / Talent Development for 20ish years, this is only the third company she has worked for. After spending time in risk management and healthcare IT, she’s excited to call Hallmark home. Ann spent several years working “in the business” before making the leap to HR and hasn’t looked back!

She has a master’s degree in Public Administration, enjoys reading non-fiction and loves spending time with her husband and three teenage daughters.

Dominic Boon

Dominic works with a great team at Liberty Latin America. He has operations across Latin America and the Caribbean and brings connectivity to consumers, businesses and communities.

He’s been working in HR and Management Consulting for over twenty years and has been lucky enough to gain some great experience across a wide variety of organisations, sectors and regions. He’s lived in eight different countries and enjoys working with different cultures.

Dominic is passionate about people and performance and has led work in Change Management, Organisational Design, Organisational Development, HR Transformation, Customer Experience, M&A, Culture Change and Employee Engagement. His ambition is to deliver value through people.

He is a Chartered Fellow (FCIPD) of the CIPD, fluent in Spanish and outside of work he loves sport and spending time with his family.

Joanne Coniglio

Joanne Coniglio is Vice President of Human Resources for Network Operations at Charter Communications. She is responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation and execution of HR initiatives, learning and development and talent acquisition of technical talent.

Prior to Charter, Joanne served as a HR Consultant at Perkin Elmer. Joanne joined the cable industry in 2004 and spent five years with Time Warner Cable as Director, Human Resources for the Corporate Executive office in Stamford, CT. She held HR positions with Cadbury Schweppes, Penton Media and Coca-Cola USA and began her career in telecommunications with MCI Communications.

Joanne received a Bachelor’s of Science in Management from Binghamton University and a Master’s of Science in Education from Pace University. She holds her Senior Professional Human Resources and SHRM-SCP certifications and is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications. Joanne lives in CT with her husband and two boys and enjoys kayaking and biking.

Bill Dorman

Bill’s current role is with WOW! as Manager of Learning Content Development.

He has been in the industry since 1983 and worked for United Artists, TCI, AT&T Broadband, Adelphia, and now WOW! (He did a couple of non-profit gigs in between that.) Most of his professional career has been in the L&D space and he is now responsible for developing learning content and events to drive revenues and performance.

Bill is a father of three girls, a gym rat, and a musician (guitar). He likes to hike as well, and does so during the spring and summer months.

David Eng

David currently leads the FACTS (Fraud Analytic Center for Technical Solutions) team at Comcast. They conduct post-incident behavioral analysis for the business purpose of detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

He is a Distinguished Engineer, a highly regarded industry technologist, historian, and mentor. In particular, his leadership spans engineering, operations, design, global project management, construction, training, and technical support of video, broadband and telecommunications technologies. David has three-plus decades of service including several vital industry developments, including fiber optic systems, digital set-top boxes and corresponding headend gear, MPEG encoding, Video on Demand, advanced modulation and fraud detection.

David relocated to Colorado in 1990 to build the original headquarters of Cable Television Laboratories (CableLabs), in Boulder. He currently holds three patents, and his son Adam, who also works for Comcast, holds four. When not engineering, fixing things nobody else can fix, or mentoring, he serves as the Children’s Supervisor for the Bible Study Fellowship class at Calvary Bible Church in Boulder.

Melissa Garner

In Melissa’s current role, she leads the Talent Acquisition Team, Leadership Learning and Development, Performance Management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

She has been in the industry for 21 years. Her career started at US West (Qwest then CenturyLink) where she was a Supervisor in the Repair Call Handing Center then the Screening Center. She received a great opportunity to move into Human Resources as a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) where she worked on employee relation issues, hiring, new hire orientation, team building, performance reviews, succession planning, talent development and leadership development. In 2011, she was offered an opportunity to move to Phoenix, AZ as a Regional Human Resource Manager. Her next opportunity was in Talent Management where she partnered on the development and deployment of the leadership program “Leadership Experience”, built an onboarding program for all new HRBP’s, partnered on building a Talent Management Playbook and building out the 9 Box talent reviews within the HRIS system. She then became the HR Director position for the Federal Organization. After 19 years she moved to Cable One.

She has a master’s degree in HR. She currently lives in Phoenix, AZ but she is from Salt Lake City, UT. She has one daughter that lives in Phoenix. She likes to give back and do volunteer work for the homeless, foster children and animal rescues. She loves the outdoors, she runs, bikes, hikes, and camps (really anything outside). Her motto is “Why Not”.

Matthew has been at Comcast for more than 13 years and has been in the role of senior director of care for Comcast University for more than nine years.

Matthew resides in Philadephia, Pennsylvannia.

Eric Hellman

Eric is currently the Director of Corp. Learning Design and Operations for Charter Communications. His design leadership responsibilities include supporting two design teams - one team dedicated to Performance Support and the other Workplace Expectations (Compliance Training). In addition, he also helps manage and maintain all budgeting and procurement (SOWs, MSAs) as well as act as the centralized point of contact for all incoming training requests.

He has been in the Learning and Design field for 21 years and has progressively grown into larger roles starting as an Instructional Designer and then moving into progressive leadership roles as a Manager, Sr. Manager, and now Director.

Eric has been married 29 years to the love of his life, Dawn, and they have one daughter, Alexis who is getting married in May and will be a Dr. of Physical Therapy in December. His hobbies include coin collecting and spending as much time with his wife as he can during their empty nest years.

Michelle Hurt

Michelle has been with the company for over 20 years starting with Greater Rochester Cable right out of film school. GRC was purchased by Time Warner Cable which provided a larger scope of opportunities.

Michelle had a variety of roles with Advertising, IT, Road Runner Operations and QA. Now she leads a team responsible for the testing and validation of components for IP Video streaming and Advanced Advertising for all of Charter. Her current position combines knowledge from all her previous experience with the best job all, leadership.

Michelle loves to cook, drink wine, and travel, particularly to soak in local culture, adding, “It's fun, exciting and helps me expand my perspective on nearly everything”.

Marc Lean

Mark is currently the Senior Manager of Digital Content and Marketing for AXS TV and HDNET MOVIES. His main responsibility is to lead a team of digital content and marketing professionals to own the strategy, planning, execution, and distribution of all revenue driving digital content and digital marketing campaigns.

He has been with AXS TV since it was HDNET, which is bordering on nearly 11 years. He started as a production assistant for their flagship series Inside MMA and began his career in digital marketing by posting unused footage to a little upstart called Facebook. From there he came to learn the finer points of social media and became manager of the department in 2015. In 2020 his department shifted focus from marketing to driving revenue through content and digital platforms.

If he had his way, he'd be on the golf course every day, “Mind you I'm awful for how much I like to play, but I am very good at enjoying myself either way.”

Britney Mapp

Britney has more than 10 years of video and digital advertising experience in the TV and digital industries.

Through her years in advertising and marketing, she has found that the power of video to build brands, generate leads, and drive revenue is unmatched. In her current role as Skill Development Manager, she delivers a comprehensive, skills-based sales curriculum that aligns with the company's business strategy, accelerates upskilling and revenue generation.

In her spare time, she enjoys chasing after her 1-year-old daughter and binge watching TV shows with her husband.

Robert Moore

In Robert’s current role he manages the Comcast Cable Residential Sales learning portfolio for over 30k employees. He leads and develops a team of product managers tasked with managing the learning products in the portfolio.

Robert has 20+ yrs. in learning and development. He has progressed through graphic design to L&D Design & Developer to L&D Program Manager to L&D Director, in the government, pharma, and telecom sales sectors.

When not working, Robert enjoys motorcycling, traveling, fitness, and the Arts, and is father to lovely girls ages 6 and 11.

He’s been in the industry 41 years and has been with Comcast 23. He’s been in roles leading teams in Operations, Learning & Development, and Engineering.

He enjoys boating and being on the water spending time with his family. He plays golf when he can and take long bike rides to clear his mind.

Jagdip (JP) Panesar

Jagdip, also known as JP, is passionate about working with individual, teams and organisations to be their best, including driving diverse and inclusive representations of people, ideas and solution to drive growth. With expertise spanning talent, leadership, organisation development and change management, she joined Liberty Global in April 2020 as Director, Global Talent and Leadership based in London.

Prior to joining Liberty Global, JP’s career pivots across professional services, industry and consulting with a range of scaling tech companies. key experiences include, Deloitte where she held a number of roles including leading Partner transitions & engagement, a relocation to Amsterdam to join Heineken as a leadership development consultant, and then moving into working across a diverse portfolio of clients in a range of industries.

JP is an accredited executive and leadership team coach, NLP practitioner, as well as a qualified personal stylist, wine enthusiast and lover of a good book!

Joseph Rysavy

Joseph Rysavy oversees Midco's customer experience strategy, developing an exceptional customer experience at each and every touchpoint.

Joseph joined Midco in 2018 as Business Product Manager where he led the company’s strategy and development of Midco’s business and MDU product portfolios. Prior to joining Midco, Joseph worked in various marketing and finance roles at Comcast Business in Chicago.

Joseph graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing and accounting from St. Mary's University of Minnesota. He earned his MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management with a triple major in marketing, strategy, and managing organizations. Joseph, his wife Adrianne, and their one-year-old daughter Rosemary enjoy outdoor activities including biking and hiking – Joseph is also a passionate fantasy football manager.

Shannon Saviers

Shannon is responsible for business development, revenue growth and service delivery for Sand Cherry Associates, a 150+ consultant firm providing expertise in business strategy, market growth and digital transformation, driving high-impact results in the communications, healthcare and digital services industries.

Shannon has three decades of executive management & consulting experience driving growth and leading innovation. As a trusted advisor to the C-suite and executive leaders, she has lead acquisition integrations, major transformations, and growth initiatives that have transformed the broadband industry. She has a multi-disciplinary background in marketing & sales, operations, human resources, program management and supply chain.

Shannon lives in Castle Rock, CO and has two schnauzers named Sam (yes, you read that right), 21-year-old twins, and a husband who has always been the wind beneath her wings. She has skied all 27 Colorado resorts (in one season), golfs, and, in non-COVID-19, enjoys travelling, entertaining and connecting with friends and colleagues.

Kristin Turner

Kristin Turner is based in Denver, CO and currently serves as a People Director at Liberty Global where she is responsible for partnering with corporate functions and serves as the head of People Operations for the US.

She began her Human Resources career over 16 years ago, in a rotational HR Leadership Development Program with Raytheon Company (Aerospace). Prior to joining Liberty Global, Kristin was the Leader of Talent Management and Development at SM Energy, an independent oil and gas exploration company. Kristin has held a number of roles in Human Resources including HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Leadership Development Manager. She also has led the employee engagement, compensation, talent analytics and payroll and benefits functions.

Kristin has an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. She is certified to coach using the Insights Discovery tool, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Emotional Intelligence 2.0 and Leadership 360 assessments from the Center for Creative Leadership. Kristin is currently pursuing her coaching certification with the Coactive Training Institute after completing their training program. Her passion is developing, coaching and networking for effective career growth, such that people can bring their whole self to their whole life.

Brendan started his career at Deloitte Consulting, before joining Cox in 2015 to focus on driving digital self-service transaction growth.

Outside of Cox, Brendan enjoys CrossFit and traveling the world with his boyfriend of almost 6 years, Ken.

Jennifer Znaniecki

Jennifer manages Mediacom’s entire learning and development operation including the delivery and administration of leadership, sales, technical and care operations programs, as well as oversee the Instructional Design team and learning management system.

Jennifer began her career in the cable/ telecommunications industry 24 years ago starting in our Dispatch/Customer Support department. In 2001, she moved over to the training department focused primarily on customer care and sales operations. In 2005, she was given the opportunity to manage the training and quality assurance operations for the Care teams. For the past three years she’s managed the entire L&D operations at large.

Jennifer spent much of her career working in her home town in Central Illinois. About six years ago she and her husband made the decision to move their family of 5 to Iowa. In spite of the weather, they absolutely love living in Iowa where they enjoy golf, home improvement projects and spending time with family and friends.

Tracy Baumgartner serves as the Vice President of Business Process Effectiveness for Comcast Cable. With more than 25 years of experience in cable operations, communications, and corporate social responsibility, she brings a 360-degree perspective to her role building the organization’s environmental sustainability program to achieve the company’s goal of being Carbon Neutral by 2035.

Prior to this role, Tracy served as the Executive Director of Sustainability for Comcast NBCUniversal, where she was responsible for the strategic development and deployment of environmentally responsible operational initiatives and programs across Comcast NBCUniversal.

Tracy received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Marketing and International Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder. A Colorado native, she is married to senior editor Jeff Baumgartner of Light Reading. They enjoy sports, theater, and a wide range of homework activities with their two sons, Jack and Benjamin.
