He took creative odd jobs and freelance work, including at a small consultancy firm where he specialized in animation, graphics, and creating interactive presentations for courtroom litigation. Chris has always been very technically-minded and out of necessity, taught himself enough to become a novice coder/hacker. Eventually, he landed at Time Warner Cable, lured by the temptation of 20-million end users, and began to focus on higher-level UX processes. He developed a passion for Inclusive Design (AKA Accessibility) and became the de facto “prototyper” for the TWC design team, where he stayed until Charter Communications acquired TWC several years ago. Here at Charter, Chris is working to create an agnostic UI Component Library implementation of the Design System.
