Erin attended the University of Missouri and graduated with a Masters in Accountancy. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Erin accrued three years of Big 4 public accounting experience and four years in industry (two years in telecommunications). Erin is an avid runner and lover of the outdoors.

Beth Casteel

Upon graduating from the University of Colorado in 2004, Beth started her career in public accounting at KPMG, where she focused on real estate clients in the audit practice. She later joined the business valuation group, focusing on purchase accounting and goodwill impairment testing. Upon moving to the private sector in 2012, Beth has held accounting positions in several sectors including consumer goods, private equity, and electronic components. Beth has been a Director of Accounting at WOW! since 2018.

In her spare time, Beth enjoys spending time outside with her husband and two children (Kate, 8 and Adam, 3), as well as undertaking various home improvement adventures.

Kellie Chatham

Kellie is a dynamic, energetic personality with 14+ years of progressive experience with industry-leading employers and a summa cum laude graduate from OleMiss with a Masters of Accountancy. After being recruited to PricewaterhouseCoopers’ tax team in Memphis, TN and working in NYC, Dallas, TX and Washington D.C. over three years, she moved to Vancouver, British Columbia for five years before deciding that a move back to the U.S. was in order. As a Colorado resident for seven years, she has taken her tax consulting skills and has worked in house at Western Union (financial services), American Midstream (oil & gas) and has run the tax department at WOW! Internet, Cable, and Phone for the past three years.

As an amateur chef, she has come to appreciate Denver’s vast variety of cuisine and craft brews. Her friends have described her as friendly, industrious and up for trying anything at least once. She is quite excited about joining the Cable Intrapreneurship program and when not out hiking or running, Kellie typically spends free time reading or watching science fiction based books and TV shows with her husband Bob, dog Sierra, and cat Raj.

Kaitlyn Haubrich

As manager of corporate strategy at Crown Media Family Networks, some of Kaitlyn’s responsibilities include: developing near and long-term corporate initiatives and executions, preparing quarterly business reports, analyzing and presenting various programming data. While having only been in the television industry for a short time, Kaitlyn has utilized her various work experiences to refine and exercise her strategic and data-driven decision-making skills. Prior to joining Crown Media, Kaitlyn owned a small business and, also holds experience in radio promotion and sports event planning.

Drew Holland is a media executive with 6 years’ experience in the media industry, currently a Director of Data Strategy and Analytics at Discovery, Inc. A Massachusetts native, Drew attended Fordham University and has lived in New York City ever since. At work, he is passionate about problem solving, answering previously unanswerable questions, and letting his curiosity drive him. In his spare time, he is passionate about nutrition, working out, and combat sports.

Sarah Jensen

Sarah Jensen is the director of advertising sales at Crown Media Family Networks, home of three linear networks, Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, and Hallmark Drama; subscription video on demand streaming service, Hallmark Movies Now; and e-book publishing division, Hallmark Publishing. Sarah is charged with managing the southeast advertising sales team, setting strategy and developing client relationships with established and prospective clients. Her oversight includes leading the team to achieve established annual sales goals and to capitalize on digital and added value opportunities.

In 2014, she was recognized by Cablefax as an “Overachiever under 30” and as the “Rookie Sales Person of the Year” in 2015. She also wrote an article titled “Four Basic Pillars of Sales”, which was published on Cablefax.com. Most recently, she was named to Multichannel News’ 2019 40 Under 40 list. Jensen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from the College of the Holy Cross. She continues to be an active alumna as a member of the Holy Cross Alumni Association Board of Directors and as a class of 2008 Co-Chair. She currently resides in Manhattan.

Kristopher Kellner

Kristopher has been in the cable industry since 2005, starting with Brighthouse Networks in FL doing technical support. He worked through various positions in operations, workforce management and corporate finance, mostly focusing on gathering, aggregating and analyzing company data for management decision making. When Brighthouse was acquired by Charter, he relocated to Denver to join the product team and now provides reporting on Charter’s IPTV products.

In his spare time he enjoys hiking, snowboarding and playing board games.

Petr Kucheryavyy

Petr Kucheryavyy is a wellness coach, rehabilitation counselor, transformational speaker, and accessibility professional. His multi-faceted career has offered him a diverse approach to understanding people, their needs, and the realities they face in life.

Petr has experience working with service providers such as Vista Care Hospice and the Colorado Center for the Blind where he served as a Patient Care Specialist and Rehabilitation Counselor respectively. He has worked with a diverse group of clients and taught It’s Your Health, an innovative approach to health and wellness at Emory University, his alma mater. He later went on to complete his Wellness Coaching Certification with Wellcoaches Corporation. Petr’s commitment to accessibility brought Petr to Charter Communications, where he is currently building accessible employee and customer experiences as Senior Accessibility Manager.

Amy Lainge

Amy has been providing her expertise in global treasury operations for more than 15 years across many industries. She is currently the Senior Director of Treasury at Discovery supporting US and Corporate treasury and leading many international treasury initiatives. Previously she was with Scripps Networks Interactive, which she joined in 2015, and assisted in relocating the treasury department from Cincinnati to Knoxville. She managed global treasury operations including cash management, investing, debt and FX, cash forecasting and bank relationships. Amy holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and her Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Amy relocated to Knoxville, Tennessee with her husband and two daughters in 2015. When not at work, she enjoys being outdoors and researching new DIY projects for the house.

Nicolás Ramos Maseras

Nicolás has more than 11 years’ experience in the cable industry, the last five spent at Discovery. He has an extensive background in finance, accounting and project management. In his role as Finance Director at Discovery, Nicolas develops financial, business, and strategic solutions for projects that span multiple teams (e.g., content, affiliate sales, ad sales, finance, business development, marketing, broadcast operations, etc.). He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Buenos Aires University, and he received a master’s degree in business administration from the University Torcuato Di Tella. He married his university sweetheart and they have a 2-year-old boy who has hijacked his Instagram account (@nicoramos). When not at work, he enjoys cooking, travelling with family or friends, and binge-viewing.

Mark Maynard

Mark recently celebrated his 30th anniversary in telecom/cable. Mark started with US WEST back in 1989 and was with US WEST for eight years. From there, Mark made the leap to the CLEC world and worked for TW Telecom for 15 years. Mark's passion in Program and Project Management led him to WOW! Internet & Cable where he currently resides as Director of Program Management. Mark and his wife just celebrated their 30th Anniversary and have four children and two grandchildren. When not working, Mark likes to enjoy various challenges and loves to play outdoor sports, softball, football, volleyball and more and is also an avid musician. On the weekends Mark is a DJ and enjoys getting the crowds going at weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, corporate and private parties. Mark's philosophy is the music is never loud enough. Mark graduated from Colorado Christian University in 1991 with a BA degree in Business Management.

Casey Paiz

Casey has been in the Pay TV arena for 20 years. He worked for Echostar as an embedded systems engineer, then moved to Charter where he works in the Advanced Set top Box Engineering group. He graduated from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO with a BS in Computer Science in 1998. He is married and has three wonderfully bright and sometimes challenging daughters.

Fun fact: A slightly unusual combination of interests led him to be simultaneously the president of the Yoga Club and the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) while at Fort Lewis College. Interests: Intersection of moral philosophy and technology. Live Music. Balance exercises such as slack lining, skateboarding, and unicycling. Anything outdoors - camping, hiking, skiing, birdwatching, etc.

Phyllis Peters

As senior director for communications, Phyllis’ responsibilities are to provide external audiences with information and lead community engagement in ways that are positive for our company’s reputation. Her position combines communication functions with media relations, community relations and advocacy. Phyllis started with Mediacom in the fall of 2005, making a mid-career switch to her first position with a for-profit company.

Phyllis is passionate about coalition-building, civic engagement, and being part of organizations that work to advance equality and opportunity for all individuals. She served as the Governor’s appointee to the Iowa Commission on the Status of Women (2008-2018) and chaired the Commission under Governors of both political parties. She earned a BA degree in journalism and political science from Iowa State University (Ames), and a master’s degree in public administration from Drake University (Des Moines).

Gema Salgado

Gema joined Cox Communications in 2006, and has held various Individual contributor and leadership roles. In her current role as Customer Experience Manager, she manages the Executive Escalations and Close Loop Feedback Teams, responsible for achieving effective resolution of Executive and Regulatory Escalations, and Net Promoter Score surveys. She is passionate about identifying and embracing process improvements to enhance business operations and the customer and employee experience. She drives to educate on voice of the customer insight discovered through these various interactions, and works with cross-functional partners to achieve effective solutions. When not at work, she enjoys hiking throughout Phoenix and Sedona, spending time with family and friends, and continuing her professional and personal development.

Jessika Santamaria

Jessika has 18 years of experience in finance in the telco industry, particularly in the planning area.

Angela Schwartz

Angie manages several projects from development, system test cycle, employee field trial/Beta and customer launch. Angie, also assists with creation and tracking of project schedules, and manages internal organizations to meet customer dates through communication with all key stakeholders. Angie has over 19 years of experience working with reputable cable/technology companies including Media One Group, Jones Cable, AT&T, Time Warner Cable, among others. Angie has demonstrated her proven ability to deliver revenue, productivity and improvements through well managed, on‐time projects and her commitment to excellence.

Angie is a dog-lover and proud mom of three children. She keeps busy with her kids’ sports activities in her spare time. She has been a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications since 2008. Angie’s education includes San Diego State University and University of Phoenix.

Anna Skiadas

Anna received her Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in Bioenvironmental Engineering and started her career as a research engineer, data mining and developing mathematical models using ACSL (Advanced Continuous Simulation Language) software. That exposure to programming, Unix and the analytical skills from her engineering background led her to transition to a career in IT, starting as a performance tester. Over the years, Anna was given opportunities to lead performance and functional test teams, working closely with business analysts, developers and subject matter experts to continually improve her QA skills and develop best practices with and for her colleagues to optimize quality.

She made her way to Denver from New Jersey 16 years ago, and her current position is Senior Manager of the System Integration Test (SIT) team at Comcast VIPER. She loves everything Colorado has to offer as far as the outdoors, although she does miss the sea – her husband and two young daughters get outside and travel as often as they can.

Valerie Spinosi

As Manager in the Competitive Planning and Strategy team of Comcast NBCUniversal, Valerie Spinosi assists with identifying key competitors in the Internet, Mobile, Video, and Home product verticals and works to increase customer relationships through joint efforts with field partners, marketing and finance teams. Val also works to identify points of view regarding new competitive technology such as 5G and partners with various internal colleagues such as Government Affairs and Mobile teams. Val has more than eight years of experience with data, problem solving and recently product knowledge. Previously, Val worked in internal audit at Comcast and Risk Assurance at PwC. Val received her Bachelors of Human Resources and Management Information Systems from Temple University.

Geoff Swanson

In his role he creates technical documentation which aids in development, deployment, and support of interactive program guide products. Geoff’s scope of work ranges from structured internal program documentation to online customer-facing support articles, and everything in between.

Geoff came to Charter in early 2017 following the merger with Time Warner Cable, where he had a similar role for five years with increasing responsibility across several product lines. Geoff graduated from Syracuse University with an engineering degree, where he met and married his wife Mary. They raised their son Denny in Syracuse, NY and relocated along with their three cats to Denver in 2017. Geoff enjoys camping, reading, and music.

Renee Wong-Brissett

Renee is a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills which have resulted in being highly effective in engaging and motivating third party agencies to deliver excellence. She has a proven ability and solid track record in making sound decisions using consumer insights, commercial and practical considerations. Renee collaborates and coaches well, and able to influence strategically to deliver big projects successfully through colleagues and a high performing team.

Charlie Yang

As Senior Director of VIPER Architecture, Charlie is responsible for Comcast end to end IP Video delivery architecture that serves tens of millions of subscribers. Charlie works with senior management from the product, engineering, and program to build large distributed system to solve complex problems. Charlie promotes innovative, cost-effective, and resilient solutions with his team. Charlie fostered a creative team environment with multiple patent applications filed every quarter.

Before joining Comcast, Charlie successfully deployed scalable streaming media system for AT&T/DirectTV Now with million+ users at Harmonic. Charlie built industry reference analog to the digital decoder that brought over 100 million revenue at RGB Networks. Charlie designed and implemented the first digital ad insertion device (CherryPicker) that won the Emmy Technology and Engineering Award at Terayon Communications. Charlie has three patents.

Jessica (Yuanfang) Wang

Jessica provides revenue accounting guidance and analysis to various business partners. Starting her career with PwC, Jessica had seven years' experience in public accounting and five years' experience in technical accounting and financial reporting with publicly-traded multinational corporations.

Jessica specializes in accounting research, SEC reporting, project management, corporate accounting, SOX compliance and ASC 606 revenue recognition. Jessica graduated from University of Southern California with a master's degree in Accounting and Peking University with a dual degree in Finance and E-commerce.
